## About

Level2 Ventures is operator-led, AI-first venture capital. Level2 Ventures B.V. is based in Amsterdam (De Boelelaan 7, 1083 HJ) with an office in Krakow (ul. Pilotow 2E, 31-462), founded in 2021, managing approximately 30M EUR. We back founders across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), broader Europe and the US. We do not ask "is this an AI company?", we ask "where does AI create an unfair, compounding advantage?" Every partner has founded, scaled or run a company, and the same partner stays with a founder from the first conversation through the long-term partnership.

## How we invest

We back four kinds of business:

1. AI Products and Services. Companies building the tools, layers and models that make AI operable at large scale.
2. Founders consolidating a market with AI. AI that replaces headcount or speeds up the work, used to win and roll up a market.
3. Startups that do not fit Venture Capital standards. Founders building a big, great company that does not match classic VC criteria. We are still the right investor.
4. Secondaries. Liquidity when existing investors want to exit. We are one of a few in CEE who can solve it.

Parameters: ticket size up to 5M EUR; stage pre-seed to Series A; geography CEE primary, broader Europe and the US selectively; approximately 30M EUR under management; 20+ investments since 2021.

A short, honest process with the same partner throughout. A partner replies within 10 working days. 1) Intro call with a partner. 2) Working session on your business, with direct feedback. 3) Reference calls, yours and ours. 4) Diligence wraps; we commit or tell you exactly why not. 5) Sign and wire. - Ditto Biosciences: Mines parasite genomes with AI to find proteins that calm overactive immune responses, developing therapies for rheumatoid arthritis, lupus and IBD. Y Combinator W26. USA.
- WIMBA: Custom 3D-printed prosthetics and wound braces for animals, ordered from a smartphone scan. Seed. USA.
- Move.ai: AI-driven motion capture that produces studio-quality 3D motion data from a standard camera, used in film, gaming and sports science. Series A. England.
- CTHINGS.CO: End-to-end 5G IoT systems connecting factories, cities and grids to real-time, actionable data. Series A. Poland.
- DAIVIN!: Tankless dive gear that extracts oxygen directly from surrounding water via electrolysis. Y Combinator W26. USA.

- Adam Rudowski, Founding General Partner. Founded Veracomp SA in the early 1990s and built it into CEE's largest VAD IT distributor, with 60+ ICT solutions across a dozen verticals. Exited to Exclusive Networks in 2020. Now leads Level2 Ventures, investing in AI, SaaS and deep tech across the region.
- Dennis Sickmann, Member of the Board. Board member providing strategic oversight and governance at Level2 Ventures.
- Cezary Seliga, Member of the Board. Co-founded Veracomp SA alongside Adam Rudowski in the early 1990s. Served as VP and CFO through the company's growth to CEE market leader, and continued as VP/CFO following the 2020 acquisition by Exclusive Networks Poland. Brings deep financial and operational expertise to the board.
- Tomasz Paradowski, Investment Partner. Twenty five years building and scaling companies across CEE, with expertise in strategy, operations and marketing.
