# Level2 Ventures

> Operator-led, AI-first venture capital. Level2 Ventures B.V. is based in Amsterdam with an office in Krakow and backs founders across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), broader Europe and the US. We invest from pre-seed to Series A with tickets up to 5M EUR, take selective secondary positions, and back profitable, founder-owned businesses where AI creates a step-change advantage. We do not ask "is this an AI company?", we ask "where does AI create an unfair, compounding advantage?"

## How we invest

We back four kinds of business:

1. AI Products and Services. Companies building the tools, layers and models that make AI operable at large scale.
2. Founders consolidating a market with AI. AI that replaces headcount or speeds up the work, used to win and roll up a market.
3. Startups that do not fit Venture Capital standards. Founders building a big, great company that does not match classic VC criteria. We are still the right investor.
4. Secondaries. Liquidity when existing investors want to exit. We are one of a few in CEE who can solve it.

We are operators first. Every partner has founded, scaled or run a company, and we work hands-on with founders on commercial scaling, go-to-market and international expansion. The same partner stays with you from the first conversation through the long-term partnership.

- Adam Rudowski, Founding General Partner. Founded Veracomp SA in the early 1990s and built it into CEE's largest value-added IT distributor, exited to Exclusive Networks in 2020. Leads Level2 Ventures across AI, SaaS and deep tech.
- Dennis Sickmann, Member of the Board. Operator-turned-investor focused on AI Infrastructure and Beyond-VC.
- Cezary Seliga, Member of the Board. Co-founded Veracomp SA and served as VP and CFO through its growth to CEE market leader. Brings deep financial and operational expertise.
- Tomasz Paradowski, Investment Partner. Twenty-five years building and scaling companies across CEE, working hands-on with founders on commercial scaling and go-to-market.
- Krystian Buchacz, Investment Associate. Leads deal sourcing and day-to-day founder support, the first call for most founders entering the pipeline.
