This policy explains how Level2 Ventures handles personal data, including the pitch materials founders send us. We keep data collection to the minimum we need to evaluate opportunities and to reply to you.
Who we are

What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us, mainly when you submit a pitch or contact us by email:
- Contact details such as your name, email address and company.
- The contents of pitch decks and related materials, which may include business plans, financial figures and information about your team.
- The correspondence you exchange with us.
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use this information to assess potential investments, to respond to you, and to keep a record of the opportunities we review. Our lawful bases under the GDPR are our legitimate interests in evaluating and managing investment opportunities (Article 6(1)(f)) and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b)).
Who sees it
Pitch materials are treated as confidential. Within Level2 they are seen by our investment team and, where it helps an evaluation, by our professional advisors and potential co-investors, under confidentiality. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep pitch and contact data for as long as we need it to evaluate the opportunity and to maintain a reasonable record of our deal flow. We delete or anonymise it on request, unless we have an overriding legal reason to retain it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@level2.vc and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, such as the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your own country.
Where your data is processed
Your data is processed within the European Union, at our offices in Amsterdam and Kraków.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
